I was very skeptical about realtors. Thinking they all push the sell-over service. Karyn is not in that category. She is amazing! She helped us steer clear from some homes that we thought we were interested in rather than a quick sell. She truly wanted our family comfortable with the house. This is our 1st home, and was not exactly sure what we wanted. She was extremely patient. She never was pushy for a sell. When asked for her option, she gave it to us honestly. No matter what time it was, Karyn was available. She has wonderful contacts that helped ease the process to close. I made a mistake not contacting her recommended broker. I thought they, too, worked together to push a sell. This was not the case. I contacted Karyn recommended broker at last, and she too was phenomenal. Her other recommendations for home inspection and title company were great as well. Our family could not be any happier with Karyn service with our 1st home.

You are by far the most outstanding realtor I've met. I do have past experiences with other realtors. Your personality and commitment to excellence were above and beyond my expectations. Not once did I have to wonder if you were on it. Your circle of professionals, such as yourself, loan officer, title company & home insurance, were as highly motivated, committed, and had outstanding work ethics as you. I was surprised how well the flow of buying a home out of state was spot on with guidance, kindness, and knowledgeable folks. No doubt, let's get it done. They didn't have to say this; I could tell by their immediate actions. Your willingness to make it happen along with your team (let's not forget the builder) of remarkable professionals says a great deal about the amount of pride you have doing your job.
