Thinking they all push the sell-over service. Karyn is not in that category. She is amazing! She helped us steer clear from some homes that we thought we were interested in rather than a quick sell. She truly wanted our family comfortable with the house. This is our 1st home, and was not exactly sure what we wanted. She was extremely patient. She never was pushy for a sell. When asked for her option, she gave it to us honestly. No matter what time it was, Karyn was available. She has wonderful contacts that helped ease the process to close. I made a mistake not contacting her recommended broker. I thought they, too, worked together to push a sell. This was not the case. I contacted Karyn recommended broker at last, and she too was phenomenal. Her other recommendations for home inspection and title company were great as well. Our family could not be any happier with Karyn service with our 1st home.
